Respect Gordon Brown, You Must

In Uncategorized on May 10, 2010 at 7:50 pm

Gordon Brown has resigned at last. There’s very little that I can say here. For once in my life, I have respect for Gordon. Yes, it is time for him to resign, but he could possibly have tried to be power hungry, and try to stay on. I’m certain he had been told to jump or be pushed, but he has still had the dignity to man up, go public, and resign.

From Labour’s perspective, this is a sure-sign that they are already looking to the next election, with the hope that a new leader brings a new face to the party, and it’s true. Many people often judge parties by the charisma and character of the leader, and hopefully Labour can find the right man/woman for the job.
